- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs (separated)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups whole milk
- Before assembling the batter, preheat the waffle iron and spray with nonstick spray and set aside.
